Recently, the Splendora ISD Education Foundation received a $1500 donation, gaining a new platinum level sponsor. The family of
Margaret Ann Metoyer graciously donated this gift in memory of Ann and in honor of Ann’s dear friend Donna Hughes.
Mrs. Metoyer loved Splendora, her lifelong friends, and the community. She grew up on the land that Splendora High School was built, which was owned by her parents, R.B. and Margaret Tullis. Ann passed away on September 29, 2020, but her legacy and love for our community will live on.
This generous donation will be used to further the mission of the Splendora ISD Education Foundation by fostering creativity and innovation in the classroom.
