Support our mission with convenient monthly payroll deductions. Your contribution—no matter the size—makes a significant impact and unlocks special rewards!

Splendora ISD employees have two simple ways to sign up:

1. During Open Enrollment (OE)

When completing your annual benefits enrollment, you can elect to make a donation directly through payroll deduction—an easy and impactful way to give back and support innovative programs for our students and teachers.

To enroll in your benefits and add your contribution, visit:

New employees have 31 days from their hire date to complete enrollment.

2. Anytime Throughout the Year

You don’t have to wait until Open Enrollment—employees can sign up anytime by following these quick steps:

Step 1: Go to https://ffbenefits.ffga.com/splendoraisd/
Step 2: Click “View Benefits” at the top of the page
Step 3: Log in using your credentials
(If you’ve never logged in, your password is the LAST 4 of your Social + your full DOB. If you changed your PIN during OE, use that.)

If you’re unable to log in, call 855-523-8422 for assistance.
(Note: SISD HR Benefits Department CANNOT reset passwords or unlock accounts.)

Step 4: Under “My Benefits” at the top, click Splendora Education Foundation
Step 5: Click Unlock
Step 6: Select your contribution amount and confirm your payroll deduction
