A Week of Impact: Celebrating Connection, Gratitude, and Growth at SEF

Last week was a shining example of what makes the Splendora Education Foundation so special — a community that shows up, gives back, and celebrates the people who make Splendora ISD extraordinary.

Celebrating Our Teachers

We kicked off the week by spotlighting the heart of our district — our teachers. Through social media posts and shoutouts, we reminded our community that no matter the season, our teachers remain the steady, caring presence that inspires every Wildcat to reach higher. Their dedication continues to fuel everything we do at the Foundation, from teacher grants to classroom innovation.

Preparing for Prize Patrol

Excitement is building as we gear up for this year’s Grant Prize Patrol! Behind the scenes, we finalized big checks, planned our route, and prepared to surprise educators across the district with more than $50,000 in innovative grant funding. Stay tuned — those smiles and cheers are always worth the wait!

Sharing Gratitude

We also began preparing for Gratitude Week (November 17–21) — a time dedicated to saying thank you to the staff, sponsors, and community members who make SEF’s mission possible. From designing small appreciation gifts to planning heartfelt social media features, we’re ready to spread joy and recognition across the district.

Community Connections

Throughout the week, we continued reaching out to local businesses and chamber partners — delivering goodies, sharing information about how SEF supports students and staff, and inviting new partners to join our mission. Whether through sponsorships, payroll giving, or one-time donations, every contribution helps turn community support into classroom impact.

Looking Ahead

With Prize Patrol right around the corner and our Week of Giving campaign (Dec. 1–5) approaching, we’re filled with gratitude for how far we’ve come — and excitement for what’s ahead. Together, we’re building a culture of generosity that ensures every Wildcat has the tools and opportunities to succeed.
