School’s Out – But We’re Still Making an Impact!
Summer break is officially here for Splendora ISD, and while students and staff enjoy some well-earned rest, May was filled with exciting achievements and meaningful moments across the district. Here’s a look at what we’ve been up to:
🎥 New Video Unveiled: See the Impact You Help Create
We were proud to debut our brand-new Splendora Education Foundation video, a dynamic look at the programs, partnerships, and possibilities that your support brings to life. Whether you’re a parent, teacher, donor, or community partner, this video captures how we’re building brighter futures together.

📚 Summer Reading Program Launches June 12
Reading doesn’t stop when the school year ends! We’re excited to help kick off the Splendora ISD Summer Reading Program beginning June 12, designed to keep K-5th-grade students motivated and learning all summer long.
This program offers “Around the World” themed nights, age-appropriate read-alouds,
free dinner, and fun prizes. Research shows that summer reading helps prevent learning loss and sets students up for success when they return in the fall, and we’re proud to support this effort to grow strong, confident readers in our community.

⛳ Golf Tournament – Sold Out!
We’re just days away from teeing off at our sold-out Golf Tournament on June 6! A huge thank you to all of our players, sponsors, and volunteers for making this event possible. Your participation directly supports the mission of the Splendora Education Foundation and helps us continue providing valuable resources and opportunities for Splendora ISD students.
🎓 Honoring Excellence: Top 10% Banquet & Senior Awards
In May, we were honored to sponsor the Top 10% & Senior Awards Night, celebrating the outstanding achievements of Splendora High School’s top-performing students. These events recognized academic dedication, leadership, and perseverance—attributes we proudly champion through our mission.
🌍 Dual Language Graduation: A Milestone of Bilingual Achievement
We also celebrated the accomplishments of our 5th-grade Dual Language students at their graduation ceremony. These students completed a rigorous bilingual program and are now equipped with valuable language and cultural skills that will serve them throughout their lives. We applaud their dedication and the commitment of their families and teachers.
Thank You for Supporting Our Mission
Because of your continued generosity, we’re able to celebrate milestones like these and expand opportunities for students across the district. As we plan for the 2025–2026 school year, we remain focused on empowering education through innovation, equity, and community support.
