Summer Reading Night #3 Recap: G’Day from Australia!
Our third Summer Reading Night on July 17 was a wild adventure as kiddos “traveled” to Australia through fun books, hands-on activities, and tasty themed treats! From learning about kangaroos and boomerangs to enjoying Aussie-inspired snacks, it was an evening full of imagination and excitement.
A special highlight of the night was a visit from the Packhorse Library — kiddos were thrilled to receive books delivered the old-fashioned way… by horse! Thank you to Village Books and Reading is Revolutionary in The Woodlands for arranging this amazing treat for our students.

Thank you to all the families who joined us for this unforgettable journey.
Don’t miss our final Summer Reading Night on Thursday, July 31 at Piney Woods Elementary, where we’ll head to Kenya for one last magical literary adventure!
