More Than Numbers: A Look at Our 2025–2026 Impact

Every number in our 2025–2026 Annual Report represents something much bigger—a student who discovered a new passion, an educator who brought an innovative idea to life, or an opportunity that may not have been possible without community support.

Because of the generosity of our donors, sponsors, employees, volunteers, and community partners, the Splendora ISD Education Foundation invested more than $127,000 during the 2025–2026 school year to support students and staff across Splendora ISD.

Together, we:

• Funded 14 innovative educator grants
• Invested $50,180 in classroom experiences
• Awarded 11 student scholarships totaling $9,500
• Served 5,899 students
• Received support from 122 payroll donors

Innovation in Action

Our educator grants help turn creative ideas into meaningful learning experiences.

At Peach Creek Elementary, students gained new ways to communicate through augmented and alternative communication devices. Other students experienced science firsthand through gardening and outdoor learning.

At Splendora High School, art students explored sustainability while learning how creativity can help reduce waste.

These are only a few examples of what happens when educators are given the resources to think differently, solve challenges, and create new opportunities for their students.

Supporting Success Beyond the Classroom

The Foundation also supported programs that encouraged literacy, academic achievement, college and career readiness, fine arts, leadership, and student engagement.

Those programs included:

• Summer Reading Nights
• INCubatoredu
• History Showdown
• Elementary UIL
• Fine Arts
• Dual Language Celebration
• Employee Recognition
• College and career readiness initiatives

Each program created another opportunity for students to learn, grow, participate, and discover where their talents might take them.

A Community That Shows Up

Our annual fundraising events continue to make much of this work possible. During the year, Men Who Cook, the Golf Tournament, and Purse Bingo generated a combined $130,025 in net revenue.

But our impact is not measured only in dollars.

We completed 138 donor stewardship activities, welcomed nine new major donors, achieved a 70% major-donor retention rate, and reached nearly 446,000 people through social media.

The addition of new supporters is especially encouraging. Every first-time donor or new community partner represents someone else who chooses to believe in our mission—and marks the beginning of a relationship that can create opportunities for years to come.

Looking Ahead

As we move into the 2026–2027 school year, the Foundation will continue working to:

• Expand donor stewardship
• Increase educator grant opportunities
• Grow sustainable funding sources
• Implement our strategic plan
• Increase support for Splendora ISD students and staff

We are proud of what was accomplished this year, but we know there is still more we can do.
